Privacy

To fulfil an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and telephone number if you give one.

To take payment: the last four digits of your card, its brand, the issuing country and a payment token. Never the full number, and never the security code.

To prevent fraud: your IP address and basic details of the browser and device used to place the order.

If you email us: whatever is in the email, kept with your order record so the next person to reply has the context.

If you opt in to Purgo Studio Texts: your mobile number and a record of your consent — described under "Text messages (SMS)" below.

To take the payment, ship the parcel, answer questions about the order, process a return, and meet the record-keeping we are obliged to do for a card transaction.

If — and only if — you opted in to our text messages, to send you those texts and to honour an opt-out.

That is the complete list. We do not build a profile of you, we do not infer anything about you, and we do not enrich your record from outside sources.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

We do not add you to a mailing list or a text-message list because you bought something. If you want emails or texts from us you have to ask for them — for texts, by ticking the unchecked text-message box yourself — and one click, or a reply of STOP, ends them.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Our payment provider, which receives the card details directly and never routes them through us.

The carrier, which receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver the parcel.

Nobody else, except where we are legally required to disclose something.

None of the sharing above includes your mobile number for anyone's marketing, or your text-message opt-in and consent — see the next section.

If you opt in to Purgo Studio Texts — by ticking the unchecked text-message box at checkout or on our sign-up page — we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: the date and time you opted in, the IP address and browser you opted in from, the page you opted in on, and the exact wording of the disclosure you were shown.

We use that information only to send you the recurring marketing texts you opted into — offers, new products and restocks from us — and to honour your opt-out when you reply STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our texts. You will receive one text confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Opting in is never a condition of purchase. A phone number you give us only for delivery is not used for marketing texts unless you also tick the text-message box.

Order and transaction records for seven years, because tax and card-network rules require it.

Email correspondence for two years.

Fraud-screening data, including IP address, for 18 months.

Email privacy@purgostudio.com to see everything we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.

Deletion covers everything except the transaction records we are legally required to retain for the periods above.

One cookie, holding your cart so it survives a page reload. It carries no identifier that means anything outside this site and it expires after 30 days.

No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no cross-site pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
